Kathmandu: CPN (Revolutionary Maoist) Chairman Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’, issuing a press statement, has blamed that killing of a Nepali youth by the indiscriminate firing of SSB of India upon Nepali people who were involved in constructing a culvert at Anandpur Bazar in Kachanpur district Nepal is a direct attack upon Nepal and Nepalese people.
The statement writes, “A local Nepalese youth Govinda Gautam has been killed in the firing by SSB. This incident is not merely a killing but it is also a direct attack upon Nepal and the Nepalese people by the security force of India. Our party strongly condemns it.”
In the statement party has declared the patriot Govind Gautam a martyr and has paid heartfelt homage to him. In addition, demanding appropriate compensation, party has expressed condolence to the bereaved families.
Party has demanded the Nepalese government led by Prachanda, who is silent over the incident, to strongly oppose and condemn it.
