Kathmandu – The CPN (Revolutionary Maoist) Chairman Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’ has said that Prachanda has been applying not Marxism-Leninism-Maoism but the post-modernism. Addressing a program organized to mark the 124^th Mao Day in Kathmandu on Monday, Kiran said, “The Prachanda-clique has been applying neo-liberalism, the ideology of imperialism, not the proletarian ideology MLM from the reactionary state power.

Stating that ‘Maoism’ is the creative development of Marxism and Leninism, Kiran said that the significance and necessity of MLM has been growing at a time when imperialism (capitalism) has been widely unsuccessful. Discussing the contribution made by Mao in the field of three component parts of Marxism; philosophy, political economy and scientific socialism, Kiran said that the entire revolutionary forces must lay emphasis on the need to study MLM for revolution.

On the occasion, Party senior leader and Patriotic People’s Republican Front Chairman CP Gajurel said that revolution will be easier only if MLM has been established and popularized among the people. He also insisted that the imperialism (capitalism) has been indirectly banning MLM from the media and genuine Marxist-Leninist-Maoist forces have been encircled. “The revolutionaries must be cautious towards the imperialist design of destroying revolution by belittling or revising the revolutionary ideology, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism” he opined.
