The Communist Party of Nepal (Revolutionary Maoist) senior leader CP Gajurel including other leaders expressed their solidarity to Dr Govind KC who is staging 9th fast-unto-death at Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital demanding reforms in Nepal’s medical sector.
Leaders including CP Gajurel, Revolutionary Maoist Central Committee Member Hasta Bahadur KC, Patriotic People’s Democratic Front’s Central Committee Member Harikrishna Gajurel had reached at Teaching Hospital on Tuesday to take stock of Dr KC’s health and expressed their solidarity.
Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital’s senior orthopaedic surgeon Dr. KC has been staging his 9th hunger-strike demanding implementation of demands including reforms in medical education in Nepal, impeachment of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority Chief Lokman Singh Karki, among others.
